Irish beef

The Irish beef mostly comes from traditional family-owned farms that sustainably raise their animals. Because of the great weather conditions and the abundant rain, the animals mostly wander around outside, and encounter the greatest conditions for the growth of grass leading to an amazing tenderness and distinctive flavour of the meat.

The Irish beef assortment consists of either non-certified prime steer cuts sold as Prime Irish beef, or prime steer certified cuts from breeds such as Black Angus, Hereford, Simmenthal and Charolais.
